Terms of Service for FITRA

Welcome to FITRA ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FITRA mobile application (the "App") and related services. These Terms are intended to align with FITRA’s Privacy Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. By accessing or using FITRA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Relationship to Privacy Policy

Your use of FITRA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FITRA. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

4. Community Standards & Acceptable Use

FITRA is a community-driven platform built on honest feedback and mutual respect. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content

• Harass, threaten, shame, or discriminate against others

• Upload content that is hateful, explicit, or unlawful

• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or engagement

• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or Apple App Store policies

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to maintain a safe and constructive community.

5. Ratings, Reviews & User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FITRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting only), and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the App.

You acknowledge that:

• Ratings and reviews represent personal opinions

• FITRA does not guarantee the accuracy of User Content

• FITRA is not responsible for User Content posted by users

6. Instructor Listings, Classes & Fitness Disclaimer

FITRA provides class and instructor information for discovery purposes only. FITRA does not offer medical, health, or fitness advice and does not guarantee results, availability, pricing, or quality.

Participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending classes or following instructor guidance discovered through FITRA.

7. Intellectual Property

All FITRA trademarks, logos, app design, and proprietary content (excluding User Content) are owned by FITRA or its licensors and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or Apple App Store policies.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, subject to data retention practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FITRA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FITRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FITRA, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Apple App Store Notice

These Terms are between you and FITRA only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services. Any claims relating to the App must be directed to FITRA, not Apple.
